Parthenon Diner – Old Saybrook

Parthenon Diner has two locations in Connecticut – Branford and Old Saybrook. Both locations have gluten free bread for sandwiches, and both locations also have paleo menus. If you’re not already familiar with the paleo diet, you’ll be happy to know that all paleo food is gluten free. However, not all gluten free food is paleo. The best part is that they’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are not dedicated gluten free, but they can cater to celiac customers.
