BMuse Cafe

BMuse Cafe in Wallingford is the delightful cafe offshoot of two catering companies – Bourassa and Carriage House Farms Catering.  They have what most people say are the best salads around, and we believe it. The menu of salad mix-ins is extensive thoughtful, with vegetarian and vegan options. They have 10-15 salad dressings available as well, making salad seem like fun again!  They’ll toss the dressing in for you, or put it on the side.  If you don’t feel like orchestrating your own, you can pick from their long list of salad choices, or you can have any of their delicious sandwiches on gluten-free bread.
