"Nice" Cream Recipe – Deliciously Gluten Free and Vegan!

If you love traditional ice cream but are looking for a delicious and satisfying alternative, Connecticut-based Christie Caters and Farm-To-Truck owner Laura Christie gave us this amazing recipe for “Nice Cream.”  So put your assumptions aside and give it a try – you’ll be so glad you did! 

 

Ingredients:

2-3 frozen bananas
1 large tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter, sweetened or unsweetened)
1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
almond milk as needed (or any other milk substitute)
pinch of sea salt

Directions:

We used half a tablespoon of regular cocoa powder (we didn’t have raw), a drop of agave and froze ours. Yum!
